Issue:
I logged in as a Partner and access CHMC account. I clicked on IRS Report, added a new report and opted for 1095-B report. It is taking a long time but the issue is that in the interim there is a popup for the status but it is only showing a blank box. Only when one status is done and moving to next status, it flashes the listing and status momentarily (unable to capture screenshot for that)

Side note: I have been waiting for long but report is still not generated but without the steps, I cannot tell if it is stuck on one status or still running.

How it should work:
All the statuses should be shown so user know the page is still running.

We have analyzed this issue on Preprod and observed that it exists.For Step to repro please follow above steps.

Mahendra Mungase Kumar Chhajed To help illustrate the issue, I have recorded the issue. You can see that the cursor will flash and the bottom left corner will indicate periodically it is still interacting with site. At around 3:04, you can see the slight moment when the statuses are shown before disappearing again.

Concern - CHMC - UAT - Status steps not showing for 1095-B report
Cause - We have used an jquery callback function $.when which includes an .then() method. When the ajax call is completed means the report processing is complete, after that .then() method is called. In azure environment the .then() method is not getting executed.
Correction - We have used Jquery.Deferred function to resolve this issue.

For ACA - We run ACA for last tax year, not for current year so we would suggest customization for 1095B is

Kumar Chhajed Mahendra Mungase I was still able to reproduce the flashing error for 1095-B report. You can see the recording here. Note: the video is 10mins long because that's how long it took for report to be ready but you don't need to sit through).

Additionally now that 1095-C is fixed, I am getting the same flashing error there (recording here).

Can please see the recording and advise if this is intended?

Hi Diana Wong,

It is not a flashing error.It is intended. Since 1095B/C are long running report,processing status is shown on the popup.Every 5 seconds,the popup data is refreshed to show the latest status of the report.
However, sometimes due to network slowness issue, popup data is refreshed after some interval.
