When enrolling in the e-Trade plan, in production for BioRad, I have noticed that the type shows in the enroll now drop down however when selecting the type to enroll no plan shows. I checked the plan to see if maybe the plan needed to be resaved and I found that the increments are missing on production. I checked the cost and coverage tab for both the e-Trade plans against stage and production which then I noticed that on stage the increments show however on production they do not. I believe this could be why the plan is not showing in my enroll now section to enroll in. I am unable to get the increments to show. Please advise when this is updated on production. See screen shots attached.
"Range Percentage of Monthly Salary" is deployed and working on only stage, this functionality is not deployed into production and that is why those increments are missing in production site.
"Range Percentage of Monthly Salary" is developed and deployed into stage as part of UK benefits, so as of now you have to change the flag "Coverage Amounts are Determined By" on Cost and Coverage page to other than range percentage of monthly salary in production.

There is no other option to choose from for this type of plan for this client that will work as they are expecting. When can this be applied to production this way it can be used in production?

Right now as code is not there on production for this, to avoid this issue, you need to change the flag Coverage Amounts are Determined By on Cost and Coverage page as per requirement.
We have only one option Percentage of Monthly Salary with single increment factor.
We found following two plans having Range Percentage of Monthly Salary 1 to 10 is set.
1. Employee Stock Purchase Plan
2. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
We have scanned all EE and found that attached 1850 EE List.xlsx employee are having election in these two plan. These EE data were loaded with import and the coverage amount was given in file itself. They are having coverage in the range of 1 to 10 percentage of monthly salary.

What would be the process to get the Coverage Amounts are Determined By "Range Percentage of Monthly Salary", as it shows in stage, to get moved up to production?

Verified all attached Scenarios on pre-prod.
working fine as expected.
This was a feature that was on stage that we found out AFTER the client went live the feature was not on production. Development moved build from stage to production.
