Hi All,

Please find details below :
Concern : Server error while loading additional form on GBAPS.
Cause : For this form , Action parameters are not set properly in database due to which is throws error while loading this form. We tried various scenarios but not able to reproduce why this was updated in database for this form.
Correction : We have corrected this form's details correctly in database . We need to scan all databases for such discrepancies.

We have scanned all production companies . We found such discrepancy on Jani-King on preproduction. We have corrected it.
Probable cause : - This might have took place while updating recruit scripts.

Please check if you get this issue again while testing . Also, Please check and let us know if you get this after creating or updating form and then opening form from partner /employee login.
