          Hi Debbie Kulling,

To change green color, you need to change "Primary Action Color" section from Customize Themes page and save that theme. This will regenerate theme and changes will reflect to company admin and Employee.

I went in preproduction with Partner login and saved theme. Primary action color is now reflecting properly.

I am attaching two images 1. Theme Customization 2. Page that shows applied attributes.

          1. 2.

This will clear all confusion about colors and their application.

Note: After saving theme, I noticed that global search background color and primary background color of curtain bar is matching. So it's getting difficult to identify search button. We need to change that color to different color.

Please let me know if you need more details on this.

          Thanks,
          Vijayendra

          The client states that:
most of the lime green appears to be gone, but it’s still appearing in random places throughout the system while I’m testing (logged in as test employees). Attached are two examples of lime green showing (TotalWorks and City of West Covina), but the lime green is definitely not anywhere in the Theme/Color Scheme.

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

Lime color occurrences which you shown from Landing page where mode name and employee name appears in lime green color, these are not configurable as per theme. For all themes these are fixed. So these colors will always see same for all themes and for all accounts.

Please let me know if you need more details on this.

          Thanks,
          Vijayendra

has there been any thought to making these colors more compatible/neutral so they do not clash with company themes.

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

We already made colors compatible to each Theme. Our UX team went through each and every theme to verify color combination and came up with default combination of colors which we see in preview of theme. For TotalWorks, default color for Save button was "Lime Green". If we preview TotalWorks theme in Theme and Site branding you will see lime green button only

There are two reasons for keeping previous "Lime Green" color to main button on Page like Save.

          1. Carrier builder has guideline to keep main button in lime green color. On click of this button, user will be redirected to new page. We call it as Happy path.
          2. Lime green color will be same in all accounts, unless any client need this color to be changed.
We thought this will bring consistency across accounts as well.

Below are two suggestions from UX team,
          1. Color Code: #017e6e

          2. Color Code: #01b9ff

You can add any of these color codes from "Configure Branding and Themes" page.

Please let me know if you need any help in this.

          Thank You,
          Vijayendra

What field on the site branding and configuration page? Can the client make this change themselves or does development need to make the change?

I am sorry I am a bit confused by the comments above because the color numbers you have are not represented in the screenshots

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

I have added in previous comments which explains which fields in page are used for modifying color of specific object.

          Yes, client make these changes.

There are two color codes suggested by me with numbers. Images under 1. Color Code: #017e6e option shows button and link changes with #017e6e color.

Images under 2. Color Code: #01b9ff option shows button and link changes with #01b9ff color code.

Please let me know if we can have call to discuss this so that I can address all your queries related to branding if you have any.

          Thanks,
          Vijayendra
