It appears that NF-5850 fixed the issue for the BCC groups where you could not download documents but TotalWorks was not corrected. Please fix asap
Below are 3C's :-
Concern :
1) Invoice generation,excel download were throwing server error
2) Invoice uploaded documents were not getting downloaded.
Cause :
1) The existing template was very old. After this several database table structure changes had occurred. These changes were missing in the existing template.
2) Invoice documents were not moved with the company move.
Correction :
1) Done the required table structure change
2) This is missed as it was not moved for any company during company migration. We have added this into company migration check list. So it will not be missed in future.
In addition to this we are planning to add 'File not found' message on file download if not exists. This will require development.

I have verified the Documents Download issue along with the Download Invoice issue. Both the issues have been fixed on Preprod. Now the user is able to download documents as well as invoice.
