With company long for HSPL, below issues observed on TNC popup, while doing case 3 for employee Elaine Goodell on step part C-1 :
1. on 'Refer case' button, error message 'Some thing went wrong, please contact Administrator' displayed. PFA screen shot

Concern: TNC Pop not working.
Cause: File Upload at File Server not works
Correction: Letters/Files upload change fixed
We have regressed this issue on Stage - LONG For HSPL and observed that it does not exist.Hence marking ready for Production.
