      Good afternoon All, 

      I received a call from Joyce saying she received a letter dated the 23rd of December saying that she is 2 months behind in premiums (she is not) and that you will no longer be sending her a bill or payment coupons every month? She states that she has not received a bill that would have been due at the beginning of the month, I told her that these went out late however she is concerned that she will not get one based on the December 23rd letter. 

      My bigger concern is that when I log in to Cobra Point I do not see any communication in the month of December at all. Not the letter that she received dated the 23 and not the bill that should have gone out after Christmas? Please advise as to what is happening and when we should be seeing these communications uploaded. Thank you for your assistance and please have a great day,

          Hi Brandon Plowden, This was discussed on our call yesterday in regards to the Premium Notices received. This was the OE Premium Notice we sent to all participants on 12/23/2019. I am getting a report, per our call of all ACH participants and which ones are not. I am also going through to ensure all participants not enrolled get a new Premium Notice, which I will be working on this week and through the weekend to ensure all participants get these notices.

          As well, in regards to the payment she sent, but was not posted, I reached out to Accounting and the funds are automatically deposited via the Lockbox, then accounting recieves a report to post the funds to each account.
          Accounting had NOT posted the funds to the participants accounts yet for this participant from 1/3/2020.
          In reviewing her account today, accounting has posted this to her account.

          Would you like to forward this information to Amanda or would you like me to send her a separate email in regards to this?
