Good afternoon All,
I received a call from Joyce saying she received a letter dated the 23rd of December saying that she is 2 months behind in premiums (she is not) and that you will no longer be sending her a bill or payment coupons every month? She states that she has not received a bill that would have been due at the beginning of the month, I told her that these went out late however she is concerned that she will not get one based on the December 23rd letter.
My bigger concern is that when I log in to Cobra Point I do not see any communication in the month of December at all. Not the letter that she received dated the 23 and not the bill that should have gone out after Christmas? Please advise as to what is happening and when we should be seeing these communications uploaded. Thank you for your assistance and please have a great day,
