Good morning,
My husband Michael Ogden will turn 65 in February and eligible for Medicare. The paperwork to drop him from my county insurance effective February 1 was submitted to the County in December.
I received a letter from Workterra on December 23 showing the reduced amount for the January payment. However when I checked online the Electronic ACH payment was not reduced. I called Workterra to try to get the ACH corrected. It was not corrected.
My electronic ACH insurance payment for January should have reflected the reduced rate of $332.24, however $1132.10 was removed from my account this month.
Please let me know when this can be corrected. Thank you for your assistance.
