      Description

      Last time soft choice manually inserted 32 rates for different eligibility and faced lots of problems. By providing this facility user can easily update the Rates and reduce the OE setup time.

            Fixing validation issues on Grid.Initially validations were present only on textboxes , now we are fixing them on grid.
