          Please find the 3Cs:
          Concern :Flat amount is going as $0 on life sub rate
          Cause: We had an issue of $0 flat amount is getting saved if user not provided any amount (NULL should go in DB).
          Correction: We have fixed the above issue on Stage by testing it with different values of Coverage amount.
          Please verify the same.
