          Buy up functionality as per attached document.
          2.Prime_Life Buy up.doc

          Known issues:
          1. Cost getting doubled on selection of Buy up coverage.
          2. Buy up coverage is getting added and displayed in basic coverage drop down for some scenarios.
          3. For, Range Flat Amount type in Buy up coverages were getting displayed for given range, irrespective of Basic Coverage selected.
          4. Functionality with GI needs to be checked. At times server error is thrown.
