CSS: Server encountered internal error when accessing a form in Workterra

      Description

      Client contacted the CE when an employee had encountered this error message when going through the enrollment tunnel / flow. They reach the HSA enrollment page and are to download an HSA Wellness form and receive a Server encountered internal error. I had advised that it could possibly be a browser or need to empty cookies, but another employee experienced the same thing. Can you please look into this? Please S*ee error below:*

      New hire Kevin Raulins is having issues accessing a form in Workterra and receives the below.
