      Description

      Hello DEV,

      The Billing Detail report shows no amounts for the effective date and approved coverage (attached).  The Enrollment report shows effective dates, but no amounts for applied or approved coverage amounts (attached,) The Enroll Now option shows both effective dates and approved amounts (except for those that have pending amounts appropriately).  Screen prints are attached of one example.  Entire reports were spot checked.
