Please find below 3C's:

Concern: Server error occurred while enroll in benefits.

Cause: This is customization issue,While company was added into the system,'Company information' page was not saved properly.
Due to this 'Fiscal Year Start Month','Fiscal Year Start Day','Fiscal Year End Month' and 'Fiscal Year End Day' flags on 'Company information' page were saved with zero value into system,While displaying this flags on screen default value is shown i.e. 1st day of 1st month(1 January).Please find below attached screenshot:

We do not have '0' as day or month value,so server error occurred while converting zero month and 0 day into date format as '0/0/2018' causing server error while enroll in benefits.

We do not have any history table for above mentioned flag into the system to be displayed it on 'View Activity Log'.

Correction: Save 'Company Information' page with proper values for 'Fiscal Year Start Month','Fiscal Year Start Day','Fiscal Year End Month' and 'Fiscal Year End Day' flags.

Note: On 'Hspl copy' we have saved 'Company Information' page with proper values for above mentioned flags and employee was properly enrolled into all benefits successfully without any server error.

It wasn't a bug, it was customization build error from when the client was cloned.
