1. Company EcoATM on Stage : when we select "Evan Form" from document sub type , its showing error
2. Company Totalworkson Stage : when we select "Plan Design Contact" from document sub type , its showing error

This is Tested on Stage. working as expected.
Ready for Production.
As per discussion with Vishal, this ticket is related to generic eligibility view history and some of ticket were not deployed on Stage , still Open on LB. So marking this ticket is on hold for production deployment.
Satya Hrishikesh Deshpande Is this a client reported ticket or a Harbinger reported ticket? Does the reported by field need to be changed?

1) Verified with different From and To dates in range of 1 month, 1 year, 2 years and plus
2) Verified with all categories.
3) Verified with Blank dates and combination with different categories.
Closing JIRA.
Verified this scenario on LB. it is working as expected.
Ready for Stage.
