We are continuing to have issues with the Billing summary reports for Clear Concepts groups Barrow and Floyd we have had multiple tickets opened and it just never gets fixed.
The latest issue:
A 2018 salary import was done on Clarke on stage. The salaries have a 1/2018 effective dates.
When the billing summary reports were run for October 2017 it is showing the 2018 salary information that is not effective until 2018.
I have attached the reports. Please advise asap

We discussed this issue with team, the salary changes has no impact on the premiums.
For some records The 'Covered Salary Volume' has updated. Salary is part of employee data and for reports we refer the most recent employee data i.e. one which is present in main table.
Main table does stores the updated salary with effective date but referring employee's history while processing a report will be time consuming process. Hence, salary present in main table is referred and displayed without checking the date from which it will be effective.
Please refer ticket WT-10130 in which we have asked enrollment team to save salary details against cost assigned.
However, in the report the Enrollment count has updated. Development team is working on it and will update you accordingly.
