You can see from the image that I entered my information, went to page 7 then went back to page 5 and when I hit next, the mandatory fields are blank. I obviously filled them out or I couldn’t have gotten to page 7.

Values on "Emergency Contact" page are getting stored properly in DB. But while fetching those values, systems is fetching them from DB cache due to which it it looks like values on "Emergency Contact" page are empty.
This is caused due to Performance Optimization changes. As of now we have corrected the same on "Wacker Neuson" and it is working fine. We will deploy the same in regular patch process.

Swapnil Pandhare, please look into cache related issue.

Concern: Form builder pages not saving properly.
Cause : We have implemented EDS optimization enhancement recently. Employee data was not fetching properly for Medicare, Medicaid, payroll and employment system forms.
Correction : Made changes to fetch data for system forms (Medicare, Medicaid, payroll and employment management)

Rakesh Roy, This change has been done LB. Please verify.
