Concern : NF:- SBSC - Confirmation Statement page not being displayed in EE Workflow after clicking on Save & Continue button on Beneficiary Page in New Hire Mode

Cause : Confirmation Statement Page was skipping in Employee Workflow (In Internet Explorer).

Correction : Handled condition in js function.

Impacted Areas : Employee/ CA Login -> Employee Workflow(New Hire/ Re-Hire/ OE/ QE) -> Verify in all 3 browsers(ie Mozila/ Chrome/ Internet Explorer)

This issue has been tested after the fix and it is working fine as expected on LB. All the test cases passed without any issue. This seems good to be deployed on Preprod.
