Can you please correct the members UVU paid life and AD&D showed coverage of $1.00 to reflect the $50,000.00 or $25,000.00 amount on the pull down?
a. I tried to do it but I am getting a server error on some. The members that are highlighted are already done in the system, also please see the server error dialog box below.

I wouldn't consider this a critical issue, which should be of the severity similar to system down for all clients. Based on the issue occurring in the ticket I would consider this a medium priority. Moving to medium, but if you think this should be a high please let me know.

Concern : Getting Server error on Enroll Now Page
Cause : Server error was getting due to the more than 1 entry of coverage amount for plan 'UVU Paid Life and AD&D'.
We found two coverage entry were there for some employee.

Correction : We have already scanned and corrected impacted employees coverages under WB-515. This issue will not come in future.
Please confirm from your side also that if any employee is still getting server error.

Per Jackie:
this is the same as WB-515 RESOLVED -correct. if so, this is a bug. I have asked they take this forward as this used to work in the past and as of October seems to have stopped working. More to come.
I never stated that the employees were experiencing a server error
The issue related to auto enrolled coverages of offered amount is planned under WB-543 in current sprint.
And the server error issue is already resolved under WB-515
