Hello,
Can you please help me understand why the EE’s are showing coverage of 1.00 when payroll and ee’s enrollment were put in on the same date for plan UVU Paid Life AD&D?

Please find attached an enrollment report that is filtered to coverages of $1.00.

Abhay Patil Jackie Sivigny : Are you guys talking about opening a separate Bug?

If that is a case a separate Bug has already been opened for the same ~~WB-556~~ and already linked to this ticket.

As mentioned by Abhay Patil OPS can provide detailed steps that are leading this problem and expected behavior in the above mentioned ticket.if not done already.
