Description

There are participants that have missing Locations Codes on the file. Based on my conversations and reviews with Amanda Hagan & Robyn Adkison - the PDHT looks correct. My mapping is exporting positions 16-18 from the PDHT. Please review the attached export file and layout (position 191) to determine cause. Your assistance is appreciated.
