Per BCC:
Last week a server error message started appearing when I add a spouse or a child, change a status, change a class, or add Medicare information. This is only happening in City of Merced in Pre-Prod. Please see the first screen print.
Even though I see this error message, the information for the spouse, child, class, status, Medicare, etc. is still saving as if there wasn’t an error.
Please note: The other configuration specialists aren’t getting this message in the other groups they are building in pre-prod.
Today, we discovered another error.
When the server error message occurs when adding a child, I click “OK”. Then, we tried to save it a second time and we saw the same server error message again. Clicking “OK” on the error message a second time results in a duplicate child being added. Please see second and third screen print.
