Functional - Any Company - EE Login - Shows wrong cost for FSA on enrolling in medical plan with all tier

Prerequisite -
1] Plan Name - Flexible Spending Account (We are using same plan for all scenarios so you need to do settings as per attached image)
make sure enrollment mode details are added as shown in attachment

Steps
Log in as employee to Azure
Employee Name - DANIEL AGUNDEZ
User Name - 7000398
Password - Password@2
Company UIRefresh QA Test2
Save and Continue till Enroll Now
Enroll in medical "Blue Shield HMO" plan with all health tier
observe Flexible Spending account plan

actual result - Shows wrong costing
expected result - it should show zero costing, as employee does not fall in added age wise coverage, refer images

NOTE - Same issue with other settings from Age Wise Coverage fields like enrollment mode
