Export-> Employment termination during OE is not rolling out if enrollment is terminated as a part of OE setup

      Description

      Suppose Medical enrollment is terminated in OE Setup and during OE Employee is terminated, Enrollment termination should have to roll out on file which is not.

            Could not look into this due to some priority tasks in this week like WT-9791 (ETA, Discussion and Analysis) , WT-10318, WT-10315 and similar File Issues on Thursday and Friday. So updated the stage and prod due dates. Will start testing on this from 1st Aug 2017.

            Verified Basic Scenario for Employment termination and OE set up Termination on LB without setting up OE on Company . Testing is in progress with other scenarios by starting OE .

            Verified the attached scenarios before OE ,during OE and and after OE by terminating elections through OE Set up component as well as from SA Utility. OE file exported properly . Working as expected

            Found issue in a scenario where Already reported employee termination in OE again exported on OE file for which WT-11189 is created.

            So Keeping this JIRA on hold till it get deployed on stage and gets ready for Prod
