Import -> Eligibility Rule not working through import

Steps :

1)Add Employee to system
Add eligibility rule for core plan(Basic life) - Has spouse/child equal to yes
Add spouse/ child and check on enroll now screen, Employee not enrolled in plan

2)Add Employee to system
Add eligibility rule for Eligible plan(Basic life) - Has spouse/child equal to yes
Add spouse/child and check on enroll now screen, Employee not eligible to plan

These two scenarios are working through UI but not through import.

Expected Result :
For Core plan Employee must be enrolled in plan as per eligibility rule
and for eligible plan employee must eligible for plan
