      Description

      Good day, Dev-

      Employee, Gary Foster. receives a system error when trying to increase his parking deduction from $105 to $125 effective 8/1/2017. I tried this in stage with a different employee, but with the same class and I don't get the error. Can you please research and provide the 3C's?

            Hi Raymond Williams,

            Mentioned issue is fixed under JIRA WT-10060.

            Please find below 3C's:

            Concern: For transit plan, server error is coming on enroll now
            Cause: If 'Consider previous paid coverage in cost calculation' flag is set to Yes, in this case 'EmployerPreTax' and 'EmployerPostTax' cost not are not getting set in code, hence system shows server error.
            Correction: We have fixed code for this.

            Note:
            On stage server error is not coming because 'Consider previous paid coverage in cost calculation' flag is set to NO
            and on production it is set to YES.

            Hrishikesh Deshpande, Could you please share Stage and Production deployment dates to client?

            Please check if this is fixed, since it is related to WT-10060.
            Update the Stage and Production due dates accordingly.

            This is tested on WT Stage with Partner as well as with Employee log in,

            There is no server error on enroll now page with the Transit Plan (with Consider previous paid coverage in cost calculation = Yes and Consider previous paid coverage in cost calculation = No)
            Employee can successfully enroll / update the coverage in the Plan

            Ready for Stage
