Steps to repro
1. Select Class wise OE to YES on Company Information.
2. Update Classwise OE rules to new dates
Result: OE Start Date and End dates are not updated to new classwise OE rule
to repro Check City Of Denton for HSPL company templates on OE dashbaord.

Modified this issue with another bug which was reproducing . Discussion along with Rakesh , checking repro steps and logging this issue

Steps to repro 1. Select Class wise OE to YES on Company Information. (*There should not be any Rules added on Class wise OE*) 2. Refresh OE Dashboard *Result*: Dates for this company level templates get blank 3. Now set class wise OE to NO on company information and Save. *Result*: Dates are still blank on OE dashboard to repro Check CAISO for HSPL and City of Durham for HSPL Templates on OE dashbaord.
