      Description

      Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
      Test Environment Name: AZURE
      User details : Verified with qaexport (Partner) and SA login
      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Select OE dashboard
      3.Click on OE start date
      4.Insert Data

      Actual results:-
      1)OE start date is not showing DATE PICKER
