Employee navigate to next page without confirmation from Save information pop up

      Description

      Replication steps :

      1) Employee Login
      2) Navigate up to Demographics Page
      3) Change Fields Data and Click on Save and Continue

      Expected Result : Only Save information pop up will appears and after clicking OK button employee should navigate to next Page

      Actual Result : Only Save information pop up will appears and without clicking OK button employee automatically navigate to next page

      In some cases , the Save confirmation pop up is not appears and employee navigate to Next Page.

      Issue exist on Both System and Additional Form
