TIBCO - Transit Plan Coverage duplicating when plan is terminated.

      Description

      Please see the attached screenshots. When transit plans are terminating it appears that the coverage is duplicating.

            Hi Debbie Kulling,

            We have checked issue of reported EE and found that in coverage table there were multiple entries present with same Enrollment ID with OE mode with EE login. Hence on Confirmation Statement page coverage entries are getting shown multiple times.

            We have corrected data of reported EE.

            Also we have scanned all employees, and found attached 12 are affected List of Employees.xls , who has multiple entries in coverage table with same Enrollment ID.

            Please let us know shall we proceed with correction for these 12 EEs?

            Also we have tried to reproduce this issue but we are unable to reproduce it. We will try more scenarios and update you.

            We analyzed data,we come to knew that on for all employees on 07/18/2017 incorrect Enrollment ID was inserted.
            Please find with attached screenshot.

            So we have checked Enrollment history for date 07/18/2017 but we found nothing.

            We have tried to reproduce an issue, for Active as well as Terminated EE's so that
            we raised a QE of date 01/01/17,changed the coverage and Enrolled again and we analyzed that Enrollment ID inserted properly.

            We are unable to reproduce this issue.

            Correct all 12 employees.

            I cannot go back to the client and tell them the issue cannot be reproduced. I need a root cause. What other impact did assigning the wrong enrollment ID have?

            We scanned all employees and corrected these 12 EEs data on '7/21/17'.
            Today also, we scanned data and found none of them are impacted.

            Try to reproduced this issue But it is not getting reproduced consider below scenarios As per reported employee view history

            1] add new employee Enrolled in to the Transit Plan with effective date 02/01/2016 with coverage amount 550
            2]change Coverage amount 560 with effective date 02/01/2016
            3]again change coverage amount 600 with effective date 07/01/2017
            4] change employee status as terminated with 07/15/2017
            5]cross verified enrollment on Enroll now screen. confirmation statement, view enrollment summary

            6]Change Employee status through Import by using template Employee Import w Term Dates
            7]again cross verified on enrollment on Enroll now screen. confirmation statement, view enrollment summary
            8]tried on different browser like IE Mozilla and chrome with all above scenarios
            9]It showing proper termination date with proper coverage amount.

            Development has identified its root cause today and it had been affected due to WT-8417. Please find detailed reason & 3Cs in WT-10233.

            I just want to make sure I understand. This issue was created by a change made with WT-8417. The fixed has been completed and you are going to be monitoring all companies for the next week to ensure that it does not happen again. Do you have a list of all the companies that were impacted?

            Yes you are correct. We have corrected this today across companies today. Some of the other client who reported similar issue were - Groendyke, LHP & Metso.

            We are monitoring this for next complete week and will share final result with you.
