Change approval pop up automatically disappeared from SS Mode and throws server error on accepting record from Pending Queue / Review Changes

      Description

      Pre condition : Configured Approval at Mode Level

      Replication steps :
      1) Employee Login
      2) Navigate up to Demographics Page
      3) Change Fields Data and click on Save and Continue

      Issue : Change approval pop up appeared and automatically disappeared .User navigate to next page . If we accept the Pended record from Pending Queue / Review Changes then it throws server error.
