      Description

      Can you please add:

      Employee Demographic field: Department Code (please move the field up under employee name)

      Plan: ACA Admin

      To the Quincy Invoice Template.

      Can you also add Quincy to the Jira company list.

            I can see that department code is now exposed in the template and it is selected on the template but it is not coming out on the invoice. Please advise

            Hi Debbie Kulling,

            With the enhancement in this JIRA , the department code (additional field) is exposed in the template.But is not selected on the template.
            See image .
            As the invoices are already generated and template is non-editable, we need to select and make it appear in invoice from backend.
            Do let us know if we need to do this from backend. After your confirmation you can expect it to be done the following day.

            Hi Debbie Kulling,

            We have selected Dept code in template 'Monthly Invoice- KG' for Quincy. Now you can see 'Dept Code' in invoice.
            Please note, the old generated monthly invoice will show blank against this field and proper 'Dept Code' data will appear from next invoice onwards.

            Please verify the changes at your end.
