Below are update :-
1)Adding Plan: ACA Admin
ACA admin plan comes under ACA admin benefit. ACA benefit was never selected.So we need to add ACA admin benefit. Adding a new benefit includes changing of tables structure, query, addition of new field in search part etc. We are working on it and will be done by tomorrow.

2)Employee Demographic field: Department Code (please move the field up under employee name)
This is an additional field.In current invoice implementation we have not exposed additional fields. This will require code changes and cannot be handled by script.
So,we need to take this as new enhancement request. Please note, as this a code change we cannot do this company specific. This change will populate all additional fields in the company.

Let us know if this enhancement needs to be taken. If yes, we will update you the schedule.

I don't understand the comment on #2

The department code is an available field on the Template creation page. why can't we add it?

As environment mentioned in Jira is production, we were looking into production environment.
We didn't find department code in production. We checked on stage environment today and found department code field there.

On stage, client is using field 'Other Unique Identifier' as 'Department Code'.This field was introduced for UK benefits. The changes for UK benefits is till stage environment only.It has not been moved to production. Could you please confirm whether the attached screenshot was from Stage or Production. Also let us know any other field needs to be added in invoice.

Regarding adding ACA Admin plan:
ACA Admin benfit is present in production environment only.
We have added ACA benefit and Plan in Production Quincy.
Please verify this.

Dept Code is an additional field. As mentioned above we have not exposed additional fields in invoice. This needs to be taken as new enhancement.
Also note that, as this a code change we cannot do this company specific. This change will populate all additional fields in the company.

I just want to make sure I understand. What do you mean when you say "This change will populate all additional fields in the company" Do you mean that any UDFs added to the company will be available to select on the invoice template? The UDFs will be an option correct? They will not be automatically added to the template?

Below are updates :-

What do you mean when you say "This change will populate all additional fields in the company" :- The additional fields added from form builder on employee/ spouse/child related forms or any additional form/ affidavits for respective company. All the additional fields added in a company will appear as option to select and will not be selected by default on Invoice.

We will be doing following changes to populate additional fields on Invoice for selection:-
We need to make changes in business logic/code. The code changes cannot be done from backend.
'Dept Code' is an additional field. The additional fields are stored in a seperate table. To populate 'Dept Code' in invoice template we need to fetch the field from respective table. On including any new field in Invoice we need to make queries w.r.t to selected field that will be fetched as output in generated invoice.
Also, we cannot add specific Additional field as it differs from company to company.

Do you mean that any UDFs added to the company will be available to select on the invoice template? :- We didn't get your point related to UDF. Could you please clarify?

I just want to make sure that you are just adding the UDFs to the field options. Nothing will be automatically added to invoices.

Our appologies, we mistook UDF as User Defined Function in SQL. That is why we had confusion.
Recently we came to know, the UDF you said meant User defined field. This is what we were saying as additional field. And yes, UDF/additional field will be added to fields option. Nothing will be automatically added to invoices as you mentioned.

We have no yet started this enhancement. Please let us know by when you need it ?

I have tested this enhancement on LB on For QA CAISO For HSPL company. It is working fine as per expectation for SA and Partner credentials. This is good to be deployed on Stage.

Please note there is an issue for Admin credentials for Additional Fields mapped on an Invoice which is linked with this ticket.

I can see that department code is now exposed in the template and it is selected on the template but it is not coming out on the invoice. Please advise

With the enhancement in this JIRA , the department code (additional field) is exposed in the template.But is not selected on the template.
See image .
As the invoices are already generated and template is non-editable, we need to select and make it appear in invoice from backend.
Do let us know if we need to do this from backend. After your confirmation you can expect it to be done the following day.

We have selected Dept code in template 'Monthly Invoice- KG' for Quincy. Now you can see 'Dept Code' in invoice.
Please note, the old generated monthly invoice will show blank against this field and proper 'Dept Code' data will appear from next invoice onwards.
