Hi,
For the import template Bene_No DOB_Trust the Trust Record imported is kicking out with the error Dependent Date of Birth is required. The record being imported (see bad file) has a relationship type of Trust so do not understand why this is not loading. I thought if the relationship is defined as Trust then the Beneficiary Trust Name field is populated and the Beneficiary First Name, Beneficiary Last Name, Beneficiary Date of Birth are not required.
Can you please take a look at this import and let me know what is missing.
I did try to map the Beneficiary Date of Birth field but received an Import Failed error.
