• Employee Jennifer Eason termed her benefits 3/31/2017 transaction was 3/27/2017. Her term records passed in the 3/31/2017 Scheduled Export.
• On 7/20/2017 her record passed again terming 3/31/2017 and Natural Child Dependent Anthony Jones also passed but Child was never enrolled in the benefit.

I looked at the entire view history and do not see anything that has changed since 3/27/17.

Can the team look into why the record suddenly passed in the file?

We have verified records after correction. Those are proper now.
Verified on Export file as well as on Report.
