Issue: Insertion message is displayed for deleting the additional criteria or class from the rule.
For any deletion it displays inserted instead on deleted. No message for Modified or deleted appear.

The issue of change in Action Type is not reflecting. Only Insertion is appearing even though deletion or modification action is peformed.
As discussed, tried with Adding, Updating or editing the existing or new rule.

This issues was fixed but it did not deployed because of code review field was not updated , this is fixed and deployed on LB .

This jira is not yet deployed on LB. Confirmed the same with khandu. Also, verified the jira on Lb for it working. The issue is still reflecting.
