      Description

      environment:Azure
      Login: Partner
      browser: IE-8

      steps:
      1.Login as Partner
      2.Home->Company Home->Benadmin->Upload EOI Form
      3.Enter all mandatory field
      4.click on save button

      Actual Result: save button not working.File not found message display
      Expected Result: Save button should be work properly.

      Working properly on azure and stage.
