      Description

We are trying to save the default plan for medical. We have followed the steps below but it will not save the employee only tier

      1. Within the Default Plan Mapping section - I select MEDICAL from the Benefit Type drop down menu

      2. I show all entries and click on the check box next to the ‘Traditional PPO Blue – Medical – DHS plan

      3. I use the Health Tier drop down menu for the Traditional PPO Blue plan to select ‘Employee’

      4. I hit save at the bottom of the page

Doing the above steps does not save the ‘Employee’ selection in the Health Tier drop down menu if I leave the page then return to it. The Health Tier level it saves to is Child Only.

          Hi Hrishikesh Deshpande,

          Please find below 3Cs :

Concern TID - Default Plan Mapping will not save tier
Cause In Default Plan Mapping grid, if there are more than 1 pages then the value of selected HealthTier was not setting properly for Plans on other pages. It was working properly only for plans on first page
Correction We have corrected code to set the selected value of all plans in a grid on all pages.

          Thanks and Regards,
          Snehal Shabade
