      Description

      Replication Steps:
      1.Login with partner
      2.Go to form Builder
      3.Add new form/ Existing form > Eligibility Rule
      4.Add New rule > Apply rule to that form>Save
      5.Again go to Edit Rule and Change criteria>Save

      Actual: Mapped on Modules window does not appear also form builder changes does not appear in Generic Eligibility tab in customizer

      Note: Issue does not arise if "New Rule " is added from Add/change plan design

            I have checked reported issue on LB branch and found that this issue is not there.

            That's why assigning this jira back you, Please verify and close this jira.
