      Description

      BCC is not able to edit the template created under TIBCO. The have a modification that needs to be done before the February Bill is generated. Everything is greyed out

            We have started with analysis of ticket WT-7519. This ticket will be used for tracking the analysis task.

            We have compiled scenarios and queries around this. This is attached in document [^Editing-Template-Scenarios-V1.docx]. We seek your inputs on these scenarios. I will send an invite over email to go over these.

            As discussed in last call, I have attached the document Editing-Template-Scenario-V2.docx having scenarios for template editing.
