            Hi Satya,

On production there are some existing reports appearing at global level which are created before our functionality (i.e. in the year 2013) and due to this it having improper configuration. After edit those reports it does not show anything because companies selected in that reports are not longer available (i.e. Currently it is an Inactive).

If user tries to run those reports without edit then it throws server error on running report because customization of that report are incomplete. we were thinking to delete these reports.

Please let us know, should we delete those reports?

            Hello Satya,

All global level reports are created with the Yamilka Coca user login.

            Hi Yamilka Coca,

We found that all global level reports created in the year 2013 which are present in system with incomplete customization and it throws exceptions when we run those reports. Below reports are present into system with improper configurations.

            • System Utilization 2008
            • System Utilization 2011
            • COBRA Audit
            • Almac HSPL Std

Can you please take a look on those reports and complete customization if these require. If those reports no-more required then let us know so that we can delete those reports from system.
