When a additional eligibility criteria “is new hire = yes” in stage for the Onboard tours, the tour should be assigned to new hire employee i.e. the employees which are getting 'New Hire Enrollment Mode'.
But, even after applying “is new hire = yes” for the Onboard tours, No data saved for any forms and tours are assigned to employees even if they don't have any mode.
Issue was observed both with and without waiting period in New Hire/Rehire Rules.
Also, the impact should be checked in Onboard reports..
Verified on both companies Long and Long for HSPL. Observed that record for added new hired employee is not listed under 'Incomplete Tours' report. Here the employee has got two onboard tours and he has started first tour and completed few steps. Employee as below :

The temporary solution of using com object in stored procedure was implemented. However, since the macro is not required for onboard, You might want to take it forward for benadmin.
