As per the given details we have tried following steps for the mentioned EE but the issue is not reproducing.

EE : Howard Barrett
Company : ABHILASH_JEDUNN

Steps :

• Start Company OE
• Login with Employee
• Raised Qualifying event "Divorce-Remove Spouse or Dependents"
• Go to enroll now screen
• select raised qualifying event instead of OE date
• select benefit type
• Enroll into plan

Please check and confirm.
