While enrolling employee its self by raising qualifying event , iscompanyuser flag set to 0
e.g. if any employee login into system , he/she made changes by qualified event and its causes any enrollment changes like term or newly add so iscompanyuser flag for that enrollment should be 1.

*Steps : *

• Start Company OE
• Login with Employee
• Raised Qualifying event ""
• Go to enroll now screen
• select raised qualifying event instead of OE date
• select benefit type
• Enroll into plan
• Go to view history of employee
• View history shows partner/Broker Name for changes done by employee
