Below are the 3C's:
Concern:- Reports - Displayed blank Effective Date.
Cause:- Flag for Enrollment Effective date was getting set to False because of mismatch of query for Enrollment Effective Date.
Correction:- Corrected the query with Enrollment Effective Date.

Apart from this we also found an issue related to Effective Date which we have fixed with this ticket.
Below are the details:-
Issue:- 'Enrollment Effective Date' in Benefit Field section appeared as 'Effective Date' at the time of selection. On saving the report and re-opening the template the 'Effective Date' now appeared as 'Enrollment Effective Date'.

Excepted:- 'Effective Date' in Benefit field should always appear as 'Enrollment Effective Date' before or after saving the template.

Area's Affected:-
While pulling Billing Details Reports.

Testing Scenario's:-
Pulled Billing Details Report by selecting 'Enrollment Effective Date' from Benefit Fields section in the template.

Please plan this for testing, also provide stage and production due dates.

Concern:-
Every benefit plan field had blank data in columnwise report.

Cause:-
In a fix for WT-10466, to form RDL field set special character were replaced by Underscore ('_').This change was missing in column-wise billing report.Due to this there were mismatch in Data Source fields and RDL fields which resulted into blank data in respective fields.

Correction:-
Replaced special characters with Underscore ('_') in Column-wise report.
