Precondition :
Create one Column-wise billing report like as :
Replication Steps :
1) Partner Login
2) Navigate up to Billing Report
3) Ran Report
Issue : Displayed blank Enrollment Effective Date for particular plan. Extra column added at end of report to display effective date.

Below are the 3C's:
Concern:- Reports - Displayed blank Effective Date.
Cause:- Flag for Enrollment Effective date was getting set to False because of mismatch of query for Enrollment Effective Date.
Correction:- Corrected the query with Enrollment Effective Date.
Apart from this we also found an issue related to Effective Date which we have fixed with this ticket.
Below are the details:-
Issue:- 'Enrollment Effective Date' in Benefit Field section appeared as 'Effective Date' at the time of selection. On saving the report and re-opening the template the 'Effective Date' now appeared as 'Enrollment Effective Date'.
Excepted:- 'Effective Date' in Benefit field should always appear as 'Enrollment Effective Date' before or after saving the template.
