Import sub template showing Unique for all field values which is not selected In unique Criteria

Concern : Import- Sub-template showing Unique for all field values
Cause : There was an issue with the data. Previously when the data was saved values of trailing , leading Values were stored as blank. According to recent change NULL must be stored. Hence in the SP OES_SP_Export_GetSubtemplateFieldsMappingData NULL value was checked and was converted to -1. As previous data had blank stored the condition was failing and every row in grid was had unique icon.
Correction : Even blank is stored it is converted to NULL and then checked against condition.
