Hello,
2 new hires have had 1 field that isn’t saving on the W-4. Seth Miraglia and Ashraf Faraj’s W-4 did not show their election of Single, Married, etc. It’s saving the other fields, just not this one. This was an issue in the past but was previously worked out.
The Admin completed Ashraf’s onboarding with him and verified that he did complete and save the field. When the Admin entered and saved the information, the field saved. Can you please review?

Using company Long on production, we have verified that information on W4 form is getting saved for new hire employee including field 'Please select a withholding category'. Here, election of all values such as Married, Married but withhold at higher Single rate and Single is getting saved during tour. It also reflects correctly in employee and partner login. PFA screen shots.
We have also verified that, both of above mentioned employees have saved all the fields on W4 forms. PFA screen shots.
Steps performs are as below :
1. Created new Hire Employee, on Long, Production.
2. Logged in as employee and during onboard tours, entered data in W4 form and saved.
3. Confirmed whether data is saved by returning back from next page.
4. Confirmed whether all options in dropdown are getting saved for all fields in W4 form.
5. Completed tours, BenAdmin Self Serve mode and reached employee dashboard.
6. Confirmed all data reflecting correctly in W4
7. Logged in as partner and while managing above employee, Confirmed all data reflecting correctly in W4
