Cause : Page level access was not present for this page to the CA.

Correction : Created page level access script

Impacted Areas: Passive workflow

The issue of continue button not working for both I don't want to make changes and I want to make changes is resolved and verified on LB.

Now, CA is able to move forward and make changes as visit the pages.
