Steps:-
1] Log into LB site
2] Search and select Venky Hub company
3] Search and select any active employee
4] Now from change status screen Update the Employee status to Terminated and login status to Complete
5] Now from change status screen Update the Employee status to Rehired
6] Login into the system using Admin credentials of Venky Hub company
7] Search the above employee whose status is changed to Rehired and observe the dashboard
Actual Result:-
Make Re-Hire Changes link not displayed on the dashboard of a rehired employee with login status as Complete

Concern : WT:- Company admin Make Rehire changes link not displayed for Rehired Employee with login status as Complete
Cause : Previously it is allowed for employee login only
Correction : Allowed this for CA login also
Impacted Areas: Rehire Mode
